Team Building Events
Over the past few years, the need to feel connected to one another has never been greater. To encourage engagement and develop relationships between employees, we created IPS-Connect: The Employee Engagement Committee. Through interactive activities, IPS-Connect promotes fun, stress relief, and a sense of comradery and community among our colleagues.
We also introduced IPS-Connect’s Get-Togethers: a virtual bulletin board of events and activities for IPS team members by IPS team members. Get-togethers are experiences that occur outside of work hours and are proposed & hosted by IPS employees. The purpose: Connect with our colleagues and share memorable experiences.
