About Our Graduate Program

You will be part of a 23-month program that focuses on developing engineering knowledge, application, leadership skills, communication, interpersonal skills, and ethics. As part of the program, you will have access to a Coaching Program that provides mentorship and support. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with prestigious clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, working alongside a dedicated group of industry professionals who are passionate about delivering intricate facilities.

The Interview Process

The interview process will be comprised of two interviews. Please find a breakdown of what to expect in each interview below.

First Interview - Knowledge

The goal of this interview is to evaluate your technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and suitability for the role based on your studies and experience. It provides us with valuable insights into your capabilities and helps us determine how well you’d fit within our team and contribute to our objectives.

This is a technical interview, and you will be meeting with the hiring manager.

Second Interview - Skill & Passion

The goal of this interview is to evaluate your knowledge and expertise relevant to the position. Please be prepared to discuss your relevant experiences, projects, and accomplishments that demonstrate your skill set. We’ll also delve into your passion for the field and the role you’re applying for. This involves understanding your motivations, interests, and commitment to the work. We’ll explore questions such as why you’re drawn to this industry, what excites you about the role, and how your personal interests align with the responsibilities of the position. Additionally, we’ll discuss any relevant experiences or achievements that showcase your dedication and enthusiasm for the field.

For this interview, you will either meet with someone from the team, or outside the core team that you are interviewing for.
