It is the project chronicles you might share after completing a challenging project; it is the script and secret language you have with your team, the inside jokes, your group motto, and the “I know what that face means!” that you can appreciate with your IPS colleagues.
#IAmIPS signifies a sense of belonging and unity among our employees. We foster a strong sense of community and collaboration across our teams. The "I Am" part of our slogan emphasizes the individuality of each employee while aligning ourselves under a shared banner that the work we do matters. At IPS, we create a sense of purpose among our employees by reminding ourselves that our efforts contribute to a larger, positive cause, and that each of us is an integral component of our success.
Team Building Events
To encourage engagement and develop relationships between employees, we created IPS-Connect: The Employee Engagement Committee. Through interactive activities, IPS-Connect promotes fun, stress relief, and a sense of comradery and community among our colleagues.
We also introduced IPS-Connect’s Get-Togethers: a virtual bulletin board of events and activities for IPS team members by IPS team members. Get-togethers are experiences that occur outside of work hours and are proposed & hosted by IPS employees. The purpose: Connect with our colleagues and share memorable experiences.
